Will I smell like BBQ after?
Every table has its own hood sitting right above the grill, pulling the smoke up before it drifts your way. Grab a Korean BBQ lunch and head back to the office, or have a few drinks after work. Either way, it's a lot easier on your clothes.
What's on the grill?
Nicely marbled beef, with a slice of king oyster mushroom grilling alongside. Lettuce comes with the meat, and the banchan (Korean side dishes) arrive in their own little bowls.
How is it different from naengsam?
With naengsam (Korean frozen pork belly), the fat runs to the edge of the cast iron, where the kimchi and bean sprouts soak it up. With beef on the grate, the fat drips away as it cooks. Can't decide? Order both. (More on our naengsam)
